To get a USA Wrestling membership card (often called a “USA Wrestling card”), you just need to register through USA Wrestling’s official system. Here are the steps:

💳 Steps to get a USA Wrestling Card

1. Create Your Parent/Guardian Account

  • Go to USAWMembership.com.
  • Click Create Account.
  • Enter your own information (parents must create the account first).
  • Log in. 

2. Add Your Child to Your Profile

  • Go to Profiles.
  • Select New Profile.
  • Enter your child’s:
    • Full legal name
    • Date of birth
    • Gender
    • Address
    • Club (if applicable): Invictus Wrestling Inc

3. Purchase the Athlete Membership

  • Open your child’s profile.
  • Click Get Memberships.
  • Choose Limited Folkstyle Athlete Membership.
  • Complete required waivers/consent forms.
  • Pay the membership fee online. 

4. Print or Download the Membership Card

  • After payment, the card becomes available instantly.
  • You can print it or download as PDF—no physical card is mailed.
  • Provide a copy of the card to a coach or email to invictuswrestlingkw@gmail.com.

Steps to Affiliate with Invictus Wrestling Inc

1. Log into your USA Wrestling account

2. Go to your athlete profile

  • Click “Edit Profile” or “Membership Info”

3. Find “Club Affiliation”

  • Search for your club by name
  • Select the correct one (make sure it matches your coach’s instruction)

4. Save your selection

  • Once saved, it updates your official membership
