Welcome to Lil’ Spartans, the youth development program designed specifically for athletes in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
This program introduces young wrestlers to the fundamentals of the sport in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Our focus is on building a strong foundation through basic wrestling skills, coordination, balance, and movement—while also teaching respect, discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
At this stage, the goal is not just competition, but growth. We emphasize learning, effort, and positive habits that will carry over into both wrestling and everyday life. Practices are designed to keep athletes engaged, active, and excited to improve each day.
Inspired by the spirit of ancient Sparta, our Lil’ Spartans begin their journey by learning what it means to work hard, listen, and never give up—building the mindset of a champion from the very start.
Whether your child is brand new to wrestling or already familiar with the sport, Lil’ Spartans is the perfect place to grow, learn, and have fun on the mat.
Welcome to the beginning of the journey. Welcome to Lil Spartans.

💳 USA Wrestling Athlete Card
A USA Wrestling athlete card must be secured by parent/guardian for their wrestler participating in practices and tournaments. This is done by creating a parent account on the USA Wrestling Membership site, adding your wrestler’s profile, purchasing the youth athlete membership, and then providing a digital copy of the card to a coach or emailing it to invictuswrestlingkw@gmail.com.
